4.1 Content Processing

• Source files and dubbed output are stored securely on Amazon S3 with AES-256 encryption
• Transcription uses AI-powered speech recognition (Whisper)
• Voice cloning profiles are stored per-speaker with HMAC-verified access
• Content is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days
• You can delete content and speaker profiles at any time from your dashboard

Your data is primarily stored in data centers located in the United States. We use industry-standard cloud providers (AWS) with robust security measures.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Dubbed Output: Retained for subscription duration + 30 days
• Speaker Profiles: Retained while your account is active, deleted upon account closure
• Billing Records: Retained for 7 years for tax/accounting purposes
• Deleted Accounts: Permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion request

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Access controls and authentication
• Employee training on data protection
